Spending time with old friends. lovely!
It was Jan 24, 2009. One of my friends, uwi, reminded us to see tiara’s newly born baby boy. So, there we were! I remembered it was on Saturday. We (I, uwi, ryan, danie) gathered in yulce’s mom’s house before we left to tiara’s. It was just like years ago, as if we were senior high students. Laughing, chatting, gossiping, and making fun of someone were what we did. Just like the old days. The only different thing is now we’re surrounded by some of my friends’ kids. They surely didn’t know what we’re talking about, but they laughed as loud as we did on jokes or something. Truly friends are a treasure. I have mine, I am so blessed.

How can you tell if a guy really likes you?
The only truly reliable way to tell if he’s serious about you is to pay attention to the little gestures.
He calls for no reason.
He’ll randomly call you or send message to you just to hear the sound of your voice, or just to know what you're doing, using almost anything as an excuse.
His friends know all about you
It shows that you’re on his mind even when he’s not hanging out with you. Also, the fact that all his friends know about you show that he wants you to be a part of his life and doesn’t just see you as a temporary girl.
He refers to the two of you as we
It reflects that he already considers you as a part of his life.
He wants to know about your interests
He’ll want to know about your hobbies and will listen as you describe them. He really wants to get to know you better and understand what makes you unique.
He’s nice to your friends
He’ll try to get to know them better. Whatever their interests are, he’ll try to please them to get closer to you.
He opens up to you
It is difficult for guys to share their feelings with others. So, if he tells you about himself and talks about his family, not just about his day at work, it means that he’s pretty serious.

The day I'd never forget

It happened on 9 January 2009. I was on the way back home from SMKN 2o where I teach 12th graders every Friday. As usual, I took metromini 610 to Pondok Labu. The metromini was on Jalan Fatmawati right at the T-junction Dapur Susu when suddenly ....a green old-type 'kijang' cut the metromini in.
It seemed that the driver (and the passangers) of kijang didn't like the way the driver of metromini cut in their way. Four men (three young men and one elderly man) burst out from kijang, knocked on the metromini's driver door harshly, pulled the driver out, and bit him up.
All female passangers could just scream. He ran back into his bus, but those men ran after him and bit him up again on the bus. Then, one of the man pulled out ...the gun!
Yes. The gun! I thought I would have seen a man with a gun in movies only. We female passangers kept screaming...and no body got out from the bus. That really amazed me. I guessed we didn't want to leave the driver alone.
Then, a woman who has a nice face and wears veil showed her face from kijang, waved her hand, urged those men (I assumed they're all family) to stop and get back to their car. Three of them stopped bitting the driver and got back to the car. The man with a gun stayed for a couple of minutes, still yelled at the driver and pointed the gun to the driver.
Female passangers yelled back at him, told him that he's arrogant and so on. Finally, He got off from the bus and went back to the car which left in a hurry. I wrote down the car's number, but I didn't do anything about it. I was just shocked! I didn't report it to police nor write a letter to any newspaper.
what a crazy arrogant high-tempered man! What a country....
