onde onde is indonesian traditional sesame balls. this snack is famously known from Mojokerto, East Java, Indonesia. it is made from rice flour and sprinkled sesame on it. it is filled with sweet smash green beans. then, it is fried.

i found this indonesian soy sauce @ tinong son asian market in fort smith, ar for $3.99.

it really helps me to get the indonesian taste of food i make here.

i add it when i make fried rice and fried noodle. or i use it simply as sauce that is mixed with chopped onions, tomatoes, and red chilli peppers and is poured on fried/grilled chicken/fish.
