tengkleng

-solonese lamb soup-

 

tengkleng is the specialty of solo, a nice city in central java. the main ingredients of tengkleng are lamb bones, tails, and other special parts of lambs. these are cooked in light coconut milk soup with curry-like seasoning which gives a spicy taste to it. tengkleng is famous for its delicacy and uniqueness.

tengkleng mba pon is about 5 minutes far from PGS -Pusat Grosir Solo.

sawo is small brown fruit that could be mistaken for a kiwi on the outside, but it has chocolate color on the inside. sawo has unique flavor. it is pleasantly sweet and with an almost bread-like aroma.
