How can a break up be a positive thing?
1. realize that without difficult times and life challenges there is no growth or personal development. Believe it or not, we actually need to go through these difficult situations to grow and test our strengths. Only when you have overcome challenges, you do really develop and reach your potential.
2. Take a step back and look with a much broader perspective. Every person, no matter who they are, will have bumps in the road. Every person actually needs these “bumps in the road” to develop, grow, and gain understanding. Some people need to overcome very difficult circumstances to mature and begin to truly understand oneself
3. Believe that things happen for a reason. People change so that you can learn to let go. Things go wrong so that you can appreciate them when they’re right.
4. Have the wisdom to understand that a break up is really just a fork in a very long road.
5. Remind yourself that it won’t always be this way. You’ll be happy again and find a man that truly loves you and that’s what you deserve.

I love cats
I have lots of cats. I bought them when I visited INACRAFT. That is a handicraft exhibition that is held annually. Well…actually there were only few boots that sold wooden cats like these ones in the exhibition. I acknowledge that there are Balinese and Javanese handicraft makers. And they have their own style in making the crafts. Balinese cats are colorful, while Central Javanese cats are mostly made in dark color like dark brown and in batik pattern.

mmm...Coffee time!
I think I am now not only addicted to internet but also addicted to coffee. But thank God I can limit it to one cup a day so far. I love the stimulating effect that coffee has. Drinking coffee surely increases my alertness levels and attention and counters sleepiness therefore I can get back on my work.
The health effects of coffee are controversial, and many studies have been performed on the relationship between coffee consumption and certain medical conditions. Studies have suggested that the consumption of coffee lowers the risk of certain diseases, but it may have negative effects as well, especially when it is excessive. So one cup a day won’t hurt, I guess.
You know what? Coffee doesn’t have to be black or with just cream and sugar these days, it can be anything you want and more. If you want a cup of coffee to savor, to impress your friends, or to leave your family with a memory they’ll have forever, then see what suits you .
Espresso
There are many types of espressos. The 8 main types are :
Cappuccino 1/3 espresso (1shot), 1/3 steamed milk, and 1/3 foamed milk
Latte 1/3 espresso (1 shot), 2/3 steamed milk
Macchiato 1 shot espresso with a dollop of foamed milk on top
Americano 1 shot espresso in a cup of hot water
Breve 1 shot espresso with warm light cream
Con Panna 1 shot espresso with a dollop of whipped cream on top
Mochaccino is cappuccino with chocolate syrup to taste
Lastly Romano is 1 shot of espresso with a twist of lemon peel

What was the origin of the Arab-Jewish conflict in Palestine?
Thomas Friedman, foreign affairs columnist for the New York Times, in the 1995 edition of his book ‘From Beirut to Jerusalem, wrote the following:
“The conflict between Jews and Palestinian Arabs began in the late nineteenth and early twentieth century, when Jews from around the world began flocking back to their ancient biblical homeland in Palestine, driven by a modern Jewish nationalist ideology known as Zionism. The Zionists called for the ingathering of the Jews from around the world in Palestine and the creation there of a modern Jewish nation-state that would put the Jews on a par with all the other nations of the world. Most of the early Zionists either ignore the presence of the Arabs already living in Palestine or assumed they could either be bought off or would eventually submit to Jewish domination.”
